Tick-tock Tick-tock trots the clock,
Round my neck I wear that stunning badge,
and join the vocational scurry of the corporate flock.
Monotony ambushes my vicinity,
I’ve accustomed myself to live in ambiguity.
A fore Monday I anxiously wait for a Friday,
Contemplating piles of work waiting for me in my office tray.
Just like that another day fleets away,
just like that yet another day fleets away.
